There's nothing quite like a perv with hubris—as if the sheer might of their confidence could convince penguins they can fly. Queens resident Andre Walker, 34, allegedly offered cash to two boys, ages 11 and 13, and brought them to the basement of his South Richmond Hill home where he proceeded to expose himself. A source told the News, "He was waving $10 bills. They thought they were going to get the money for raking leaves." The boys fled, but Walker called 911, and insisted that his house was being burglarized. But police believed the kids, who had hid in the bushes nearby, over him, and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
