From the NY Post's NYPD Daily Blotter: "A shirtless creep was nabbed in Midtown after allegedly groping a number of women -- and a 9-year-old girl. Dennis Perry, 32, was wearing mesh shorts and no underwear when he began following female passers-by on Seventh Avenue between 32nd and 42nd streets at 1:35 p.m. Tuesday, cops said." He was charged with four counts of sexual abuse as well as forcible touching.
