LOL TGIF y'allz, because it's the freakin' weekend and we're gonna have us some fun subway changes. Note that the surprise transfers, skipped stops and sudden transformations into local trains won't stop come Monday—the ACE line's getting slapped by the cruel, unlined palm of FASTRACK.

From 10 p.m. to 5 a.m Monday through Friday (ending at 5 a.m. on the 15th) A and E trains will be rerouted along the 6th Ave line in Manhattan. A trains will run along the D line in both directions between 59 St-Columbus Circle and 34 St-Herald Sq, and then along the F line from 34 St-Herald Sq and Jay St-MetroTech in both directions. E trains, meanwhile, are rerouted along the M between 5 Av/53 St and 34 St-Herald Sq in both directions, and then again via the F from 34 St-Herald Sq to 2nd Av, where the E will terminate. The C train will end service early.

Beyond the FASTRACK battle, several lines are subject to subway changes this weekend. The 2 train will run in two sections from 3:45 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday.
