The police are looking for an Access-A-Ride driver accused of public lewdness—right inside a rider's Bronx home!
According to the NYPD, the incident occurred last Saturday, September 5, at 10:45 a.m., when the victim, a 73-year-old woman, was dropped off at her apartment building on East 174th Street in the Bronx: "The suspect, who was the driver of the Access-A-Ride, requested to use the victim's bathroom. Once in the bathroom, the suspect began to moan. When the victim went to check on him, he was standing in his hallway holding his erect penis in his hand. The victim began to yell and the suspect fled."
Police say the suspect is Christopher Medina, 26, who is 5'1" and 150 pounds. They also released a photograph of him that he took with the victim's phone. Access-A-Ride offers people with disabilities to receive door-to-door shared rides. It is operated by the MTA, which uses private carriers to drive customers.
