During a visit to a library in Astoria, Queens, a 7-year-old girl says that a man assaulted her—specifically her feet— while she was reading. The child told WCBS 2 that he “Sniffed them, rubbed them against his beard, and kissed them. Did it to each foot. And then he did the same and just sniffed my flip flops." Ughhhhhhh.

The girl had been reading on the floor in the children's section of the library on August when the alleged attack occurred. She said, “I didn’t know what to do. I was so petrified." Her mother is furious that if the sicko is caught, he'll only be charged with a misdemeanor for forcibly touching a minor, "It’s a misdemeanor? It’s the same thing as jaywalking? It’s not!" Enter City Councilman Peter Vallone (D-Queens) who says that he and other lawmakers are going to introduce a bill to make forcible touching of a minor a felony that's punishable up to four years (as a misdemeanor, the sentence is a max of eight months).

The girl said, “I want him to suffer, that’s all. I want him to suffer until he dies."
