A 22-year-old woman was struck by a car in Central Park this morning. The woman, whose name hasn't been released, was struck by a driver at 6th Avenue and Central Park South around 7:30 a.m. Friday.

The woman was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in stable condition. Police say the driver stayed at the scene; DNAInfo say no criminality is suspected. Cops add that the investigation is ongoing.

The speed limit in Central Park was recently lowered from 25 to 20 mph.
