It's definitely him-- so stop asking! Tien went to the Coney Island opening yesterday, and rode the Cyclone three times-- this picture was taken during the first go-round. Sitting next to Tien is Seltzerboy from Slice-- afterwards they all went Totonno's for pizza. [Related: Adam has a shot from right before they went over the top.]
