2006_03_scurryslam.jpgThe Knicks didn’t just win last night they actually dominated a game. Jalen Rose played his best game as a Knick, scoring 21 and adding 8 assists in New York’s 107-92 victory. The win puts the Knicks 1 ½ games ahead of the Bobcats for the worst record in the NBA.

It was actually a close game until the fourth quarter when Indiana went completely cold from the field and the Knicks heated up. Jamal Crawford scored all 16 of his points in the quarter hitting two threes to start the period. Quentin Richardson was terrible offensively, going 2 for 11, but contributed 11 rebounds.

It could have been a spectacular day for the Knicks as rumors circulated that Isiah Thomas was going to become the head coach of Indiana University, but he came out and squelched them. The Knicks now take their winning streak to Charlotte in a clash of the NBA’s two worst teams.
