Today's map is a special gift for all our vegan friends: SuperVegan has a great mashup showing all the vegan, vegetarian, and semi-vegetarian restaurants in town. The callouts vary from green (all vegan) to orange (mostly not-vegan.) Looks like the East Village and the Center Village near Washington Square park are straight up vegan paradises. Bon appetite!
