Former Knick Jamal Crawford helped dash New York's hopes of a six-game winning streak. He scored 21 points as the Hawks came into the Garden and downed the Knicks, 99-90. Amar'e Stoudemire had 24 points and 10 rebounds, and Raymond Felton added 18. Ronny Turiaf struggled, scoring only two points. Danilo Gallinari had only four on 2-of-6 shooting.

After hanging tough for three quarters, the Nets got outscored by 16 in the fourth period and fell, 102-86, to the 76ers. Brook Lopez had 25 and Devin Harris, but no other player had more than eight points. The Nets' shooting abandoned them down the stretch, and they finished at 40.7 percent for the game.

Who needs Martin Brodeur? Johan Hedberg made 40 saves in regulation and overtime and then three more in a shootout in a 2-1 Devils win over the Flyers. The Devils have now won three of their last four after a terrible start. Travis Zajac scored the winning goal in the shootout after Adam Mair scored the Devils' lone regulation goal in the first period.

The Rangers also won, 2-1, on a shootout when Erik Christensen got the only goal in Nashville.
