The Knicks were handed another loss by the Nets last night, falling 99-81 (box score) and digging a two game hole for themselves. After a few days of talking about the physical nature of the game, the Knicks were seven points closer than Saturday (box score), but still ended up with a loss.

With the Knicks headed home Thursday from their long road trip, they look to win their first game in the series. Gothamist wonders if the Knicks will actually show up and play as good as they talk and if they will even make it to game 6, like we predicted. After all, we do remember the successful Knick teams from the '90s that were both physical and good.
