2006_04_sisiahgarbage.jpgGothamist is thinking of telling his Sports Editor that he has acid reflux. If that can keep Larry Brown from having to watch the last three games of the Knicks’ season maybe it can work for me. If it doesn’t, maybe it’s time to get rid of the television because as bad as the Knicks were with Brown coaching they are worse without him.

As hard as that may be to believe, take a look at the box score from last night’s 97-80 loss. Jamal Crawford was terrible, but so was the rest of the team. Once again the Knicks allowed their opponent to shoot more than 50% and once again they were outrebounded and outworked.

Poor Herb Williams, he stepped aside for Larry Brown and now has to come in and coach this bunch of malcontents. Herb deserves better and so do the fans. Thankfully, Wednesday is the end of the season and we probably will hear from the GM after that. Set your TIVO’s for that press conference, based on how different his perspective is from reality, it should be the highlight of the season.
