For the first time in three years, the Knicks have a winning record. So sad, but it seems like Knick fans can temporarily rejoice. Last night's game against the Hawks was won in overtime, 110-109, when Jamal Crawford hit a three pointer with 3.4 seconds left. Of course, if he made some more of his 21 missed shots, the Knicks might have won the game in regulation. The Knicks only made overtime after Stephon Marbury made two free throws to tie the game with only 2.6 seconds on left.

What's next for the Knicks, sinking back below .500? Raising their level of play to make the playoffs again? Maybe it's way to early in the season to talk about that and we should re-direct our thoughts to when and if Lenny Wilkens will be axed. That said, the Knicks are somehow in first in the Atlantic Division. Impressive if you choose to ignore the fact that everyone else has sub-.500 winning percentages.
