If you're looking for an Instagrammable treat, or just something to enjoy all on your own without even documenting it, hit up this Thais-Cream Sandwich from Kay's Boutique. The concoction features the cafe's brûléed vanilla French toast and Thai ice cream from Eggloo, a dusting of gold, edible flowers, and salted toasted coconut flakes. It's only being served through Sunday.

The sweet sandwich costs $9, and if you do get around to eating it after taking photographs from multiple angles, you'll find it much more delicate than you'd expect—the base is not overly sweet while the ice cream tastes exactly like a Thai tea.

Kay's is a pop-up that operates through June 30th. It's owned by Pavitra Kobkulsuwan, who decided to bring her popular dishes—the Ultimate French Toast with banana and bacon crumbles, and the Hangover French Toast with bacon, egg, and cheese—from her Bangkok restaurant to NYC for a three-month run. Tip: there's a secret off-menu drink called the Bluebell, which changes color from blue to purple when you add lemon juice!

Thais-Cream Sandwich is served between 12 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Thursday and Sunday, and between 12 p.m. and 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Kay's Boutique is locaded at 240 Mulberry Street in Nolita.
