If you're a working stiff hungry for more lunch time options around Battery Park City, we've got good news for you. The World Financial Center will be launching a new lunchtime food market, fueled by 21 participating trucks. The options are quite tantalizing; the trucks include the Red Hook Lobster Pound, the Rickshaw Dumpling Truck, Schnitzel & Things, Taïm Mobile, Frites ‘n’ Meats, Coolhaus (GREAT ice cream sandwiches), Milk Truck, and Mexicue. Here's the schedule showing you when they'll be there.

The Food Truck Court, which will be located outside 4 World Financial Center on North End Avenue at Vesey Street, is also good p.r. for Brookfield Properties, the company that owns the formerly occupied Zuccotti Park. “Brookfield is continually looking for ways to enliven our waterfront by bringing fine food, entertainment and amenities to the community,” says David Cheikin, Brookfield’s Vice President of Leasing. The trucks will operate on weekdays only, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. (No camping or drumming allowed.)
