Last month, it was announced that Northside Pharmacy on Bedford Avenue and N 7th Street in Williamsburg would be converted into a Dunkin' Donuts. The store has now entered the hiring phase of development, as you can see from the photo above; it's (literally) a sign for many people that heralds the absolute death knell for the neighborhood, one that no amount of new record stores can fix.
