The drama at Apotheke continues! Word got out earlier this week that firestarting bartender Albert Trummer is being sued by his partner for not quelling his dangerous alcohol-pouring antics, and now Eater reports that it was that same partner, Heather Tierney, that used those same antics to get people into the bar when it first opened.

The site reports that way back in December 2007, "Tierney was trying to get this project off the ground and invited potential investors to try some of Trummer's signature cocktails, promising that 'he will leave you dazzled by his flaming absinthe show.' Nine months later Tierney was inviting people 'for a cocktail or at least a shot of flaming absinthe' at Apotheke's opening. The place quickly took off, for a large part due to Trummer's bar antics." But now Tierney wants the monster she created tamed, and is trying to do it via the legal system. Trummer has called the lawsuit "frivolous... with no merit," but isn't saying much else.

Anyway, this will probably end amicably, unless...
