By Chloe co-founder Samantha Wasser's very pink new eatery The Sosta launches a weekday aperitivo (first day is August 1st) this week. Swing by the Nolita restaurant between 4 and 7 p.m. for $5 spritzes—three flavors including a Classico and a Bianco made with Cocchi Americano, soda and mint—with which you'll get a free spread (Salsa Verde, Truffle Gorganzola, Pancetta Onion Jam, or Eggplant Caponata) with a side of focaccia.

If zombies are more your speed head to Bills Bar & Burger for their new Tiki Tuesday offerings. Drop by any of the three Manhattan locations for $5 tiki cocktails on Tuesdays from 4 to 7 p.m. Options include a rum and absinthe Zombie; a rum, Hennessey, pineapple and apricot brandy Hotel Nacional; or Banana Daquiris or Blue Hawaiians. Mini B's (a trio of sliders) are also $5 during this time and appetizers are all half off.

It's National Ice Cream Sandwich Day on Wednesday and those observing can either raid the freezer case at their local bodega or opt for a fancier version courtesy of the Boqueria inside Gotham Market at the Ashland in Fort Greene. The restaurant will be serving Churro Ice Cream Sandwiches ($6) as a special on August 2nd made with special disc-shaped churros filled with chocolate and either dulce de leche or vanilla ice creams.
