In case you didn't know, Momofuku's David Chang and the Roots' Questlove have been in a bit of an online feud regarding their respective fried chicken recipes lately. So of course, last night they took the fight to Late Night with Jimmy Fallon (where Questlove works) for a battle judged by Mad Men's John Slattery, 30 Rock's Tina Fey and Fallon's announcer Steve Higgins. And yes, there was smack talking. After all, dishwashing duties were on the line.

For the battle, a Chang loss would mean a Questlove spread in the next issue of the Momo-man's magazine, Lucky Peach, and the serving of Quest's chicken at Chang's restaurants. If Questlove lost, he was to wash dishes, don a cardboard lunch ad in front of Momofuku, and give shout-outs to Chang on Twitter for a week. SPOILER ALERT: Chang won. But being a nice guy (or at least playing one on TV), he'll still sell Quest's chicken—with all proceeds going to the Food Bank of New York City. Aw. You can watch the whole thing right here:
