The bar component to the second location of fish spot Seamore's opens Friday night in Chelsea with a bevy of bespoke rum cocktails, rum flights and frozen rum-based drinks. Located below the restaurant down a set of stairs—look for the "Licker Bar" denotation above the entrance—Fishbone looks to be a more casual, stripped-down environment for tossing back some rum drinks.

Cocktails ($15) in the rum category include a classic Daquiri with white rum, lime and sugar, which can be ordered frozen for an extra $1 or sweetened up with strawberry or piña colada accents for another $1 on top of that. Mojitos, Mai Tais, Dark & Stormys and other classic rum-based drinks are also on offer, alongside non-rum-based classics like an Aviation and a Vesper Martini made with both gin and vodka plus Lillet Blanc and lemon.

If you've ever wondered what Steven Spielberg feels like with a buzz on, you'll enjoy the director's chairs that stand in for more traditional bar stools. The one painted wall is a "rainbow Love Wall" by street artist James Goldcrown.
