If for whatever reason you missed out on Father's Day breakfast, brunch, or dinner, don't despair. There are a thousand and one reasons to stuff your gut and slurp down some liquids in the coming week (or, at least three). Here are some places to do so.

On Monday evening, at the Brooklyn Brewery, five cocktail connoisseurs will mix up imaginative drinks from the brewery's beers. Attendees who cough up the $27.50 cover will get to sample the creations and vote for a winner. The festivities get going at 7:30 p.m.

It's late June, which means that in addition to the Mets and the Yankees playing, Coney Island's boys of summer, the Mets-affiliate Cyclones, have begun their short season. And whether you're squeezing in a sunset and five innings after work or savoring all nine on Saturday, this week marks the team's first stretch of home games. They play every night from Monday to Saturday at home at MCU Park, at 7 p.m. each night, and 6 on Saturday. We can almost taste the Nathan's hotdogs and tall cans of Brooklyn Lager.

Next Sunday evening, Fort Greene fixture Habana Outpost is making the most of its outdoor seating and screening Thelma and Louise as part of its summer movie series. Grab some corn on the cob and a margarita and pretend you're living life on the run... very slowly.
