At some point during the late, great 30 Rock, Liz Lemon delivered Jack Donaghy's daughter some life lessons via videotape, ending her string of very wise advice with this: "Put potato chips on a sandwich!" And it is with that correct declaration that we urge you to also consider the Cheeto. A few years ago Cheetos started making their way onto menus, mostly at fancy places that paired the unnaturally orange snack with something like broccoli. It was at the same time a delicious and eye roll-inducing novelty trend. And now THE Cheetos are getting in on the action, a little late in the game.

Cheetos is opening a pop-up restaurant in NYC this month called The Spotted Cheetah, according to AdWeek, which reports the spot will stay open for just three days.

The menu, conceived by "celebrity chef Anne Burrell," features: Cheetos Crusted Fried Pickles + Creamy Ranch, Cheetos Grilled Cheese + Tomato Soup, Cheetos Meatballs, Purrfectly Fried Green Tomatoes (breaded with White Cheddar Cheetos crust), Flamin' Hot and White Cheddar Mac n' Cheetos, Cheetos Mix-ups Crusted Chicken Milanese, Spicy Cheetos Nachos, and Flamin' Hot Limon Chicken Tacos.

But wait, they've got dessert, too... and that's where things can and likely will go absolutely wrong. The dessert options include: Cheetos Sweetos Crusted Cheesecake, Cheetos Sweetos Sweet and Salty Cookies, and White Cheddar Cheetos and Cheetos Sweetos Apple Crepes. We're no "celebrity chef," but maybe instead they could have offered some healthier Cheetos dishes, like a salad with Cheetos croutons, or the aforementioned broccoli thing.

The Spotted Cheetah is located at 211 West Broadway, from August 15th through 17th. You can make reservations online now. Bring Wet-Naps.
