If you're eschewing holiday ham this year, or if your favorite Chinese spot's gone out of business (RIP, Hunan Balcony), the veggie burger whizzes behind Superiority Burger will be hawking their wares in the East Village today, starting at 3 p.m.
Eater reports that the pop-up, helmed by Del Posto pastry chef Brooks Headley, will take over Dirt Candy's old space on 9th Street between 1st Avenue and Avenue B. In addition to burgers, the crew will offer sandwiches, salad and dessert for a cool $10:

The pop-up will run from 3 p.m. "til we get bored," according Headley's Instagram.
