The seasonal treat is one of creator Christina Tosi's most beloved specials (along with Crack Pie and Cereal Milk soft serve) at her bakery Milk Bar, which now has locations across NYC and in D.C., Vegas and Toronto. The creation is described as a "'stuffing' flavored bread filled with house roasted turkey, homemade gravy and cranberry sauce"; in other words, the majority of many Thanksgiving tables.
Eater has previously declared that it "belongs in the Laminated Pastry Dough Pantheon of New York City, right up there with the Pretzel Croissant from City Bakery and Dominique Ansel's beloved Cronut."
Tosi's been known to make a few adjustments to the croissant over the years, but an employee at the Williamsburg store says this year is pretty much the same as last year. The pastry will cost $7 (or $7.62 with tax) and is available at all the NYC locations.
Below, a peek at the bakery rolling the creations.
