Being down on your luck doesn't mean you have to deny your expensive tastes—at least not tomorrow if you head over to the Broadway Community Inc. soup kitchen! After a fire in a restaurant that prefers to remain anonymous, the soup kitchen received a donation of a $1,100 tin of Petrossian caviar. So Maureen Fitzpatrick, the kitchen's sous chef, is planning on serving up blinis and creme fraiche for the expected 200 visitors, who dine restaurant-style with real non-paper plates! Should you want to score some free blinis lend a hand, the fancy soup kitchen is located on West 114th Street in Morningside Heights.
