City Winery has expanded its Tribeca footprint with a new sister restaurant on the water at Pier 26. The intimate venue has opened City Vineyard, bringing its wines and a small menu of accompanying snacks out to the Hudson River.

The breezy spot boasts some great views across the water into Jersey and some interior views that prominently feature 1 WTC. The bi-level space has plenty of seating outside, but the all-season restaurant also has an interior dining room and bar when temps cool off. Pergolas draped with grape vines support the wine-making motif.

Tap wines produced by their in-house winery are served alongside a curated list of the venue's favorite global wineries. They're also serving beer and spirits.

Unlike the full dinner menu served in the venue, food at the Vineyard is meant for snacking while drinking. There are cured meat boards and cheese plates, a few salads, and some homemade dips including a romesco version served with raw veggies and pita bread.
