Beginning Monday and running through next Sunday, Williamsburg's Grand Street merchant group will host its Summer Restaurant Week. Participating restaurants are offering three-course dinners priced from $10 to $30, as well as two-course lunches priced $7-$10. Desy's Clam Bar, Bahia, Sri Thai, The Grand National, Williams & Bailey, and more are involved.

Head over to the Lower East Side on Tuesday for a twist on Southeast Asian classics at Pig And Khao, brought to you by the Tasting Collective. Tickets are $40 per seat, and will give you back-patio access. Food will be served family style, and $10 gets you unlimited Yuengling. The dinner starts at 8 p.m. at 68 Clinton St.

French-Japanese hybrid Bara Restaurant will hand over operations to Tasting Collective on Tuesday, with Chef Alvarez making an appearance to answer questions about his unique dishes. Tickets are $40, for a nine-course family-style meal. The fest starts at 8 p.m. at 58 East 1st St. in the East Village. Whoops, this is next week!

Self-described oyster sommelier Julie Qiu will be hosting pop-up tasting and pairing sessions this week, on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. At $47 per person, each class includes six oysters, two "mystery pairings," and your very own "33 Oysters on the Half Shell" tasting journal. Slurp your oysters at the Grand Central Oyster Bar Brooklyn, 254 Fifth Ave. Times vary, so read up when reserving your spot here.
