It's been almost two years in the making but Shake Shack has finally opened their Flatbush outpost across from the Barclays Center. Along with Downtown Brooklyn and DUMBO, this is the chain's third foray into Brooklyn. Looking at you, Williamsburg!
As with all of its new restaurants, the Flatbush Shack will be whipping up a special concrete called (fittingly) Nothin' But NETS, made with chocolate and vanilla custards blended with marshmallow sauce, "crispy crunchies" and chocolate sprinkles. The Fudge-eddaboutit and Brooklyn Pie oh My from the other Brooklyn outposts will also be available. And don't forget about the return of the crinkle fry!
