It's a cold, snowy world out there today, and Saturday night plans might best involve sobbing over the Friday Night Lights finale with a fine bottle of Charles Shaw. On the other hand, the human heart can only take so much emotion in this weather, and Videology in Williamsburg is hosting a screening of Ghostbusters tonight complete with a marshmallow roast. Wouldn't it be more pleasant if Central Park South were dusted with the remnants of a gooey Stay-Puft Destroyer instead of grey-and-yellow slush?

The screening kicks off at 9:30 p.m. and is free to attend, though the roast will cost you an extra $5. Ghostbusters is one of the best comedies ever made, and certainly boasts one of the greatest NYC movie scenes. If you have not yet seen Ghostbusters, it is mandatory that you attend this screening, lest you surrender your apartment immediately to someone more deserving and/or what's left of Gozer the Gozerian. Plus, you can recreate Ray's childhood memories of roasting Stay Puft marshmallows by the fire at Camp Waconda, and you can't put a price on that experience.
