A new DUMBO edition makes three for Randolph Beer, with the latest debuting Thursday in the rapidly expanding new restaurant scene in the neighborhood. This latest brewpub has more of an industrial feel than the Nolita and Williamsburg editions, with communal picnic-style benches, a few cozy couches and lots of exposed machinery and a concrete factory floor. This is also the first time the company will be brewing its own beer in a seven-barrel brewhouse that's visible from the taproom floor.

The company's signature Beer ATM, with self-serve pours, will operate at this location, too. There'll be 24 beers on tap, including the ones they brew on-site, plus cocktails, wine, and combos like beer and shot specials.

Bites are good beer drinking accompaniments, like a Big Ass Pretzel with spicy beer cheese ($10), Jumbo Hot Wings ($11), burgers, sandwiches and even a Nutella Grilled Cheese ($13). All the dishes have suggested beer pairings, like a stout to go with that dessert sandwich.
