I've just written a complaint to the Pret HQ in London:
"Dear Pret- Can you tell me why you don't serve egg mayo sandwiches in the New York shops? I'm often in London and I eat them all the time while I'm there. They are good simple food. Let me draw straight to the point: the egg florentine sandwich offered in your shops in Manhattan is blatantly inferior to the egg mayo. It is a subpar sandwich- over-dressed, with cheese, and it has a strange neon yellow color. Please bring your normal egg mayo sandwich to the states so I may enjoy it. Thank you. Sincerely, Jake Dobkin"
Based on Jen's previous experience, I expect a handwritten reply in the next 15 minutes.
