Thanksgiving and this year's gut-busting hybrid holiday, Thanksgivikkuh, will make this week one of the deadliest eating weeks of the entire year (besides the Se7en Solstice—we still can't believe Congress made that a holiday). That said, we've still got a list of delectable food events for you if you feel like waddling out of your apartment this week.

On Monday, UES spirits and wine shop Whiskey & Wine Off 69 will be hosting a Mixology Tasting Session with Dale DeGroff, formerly of the Rainbow Room. From 7 to 9 p.m., DeGroff will show customers how to whip up some of his favorite cocktails, and there will be lots of free tastings. The event is free; no RSVP necessary.

Also on Monday, Greenwich Village spot Louro is having a Lobsterpalooza dinner as part of their Nossa Mesa dinner series. The $75 prix-fixe dinner will feature lobster dishes from international cuisines, like Thai Lobster Larb Salad and spicy Italian Lobster Fra Diavolo; the dinner starts at 7 p.m., and is BYOB.

On Tuesday, stop by Ethiopian pop-up spot Bunna Cafe's special Thanksgiving week dinner, which features a selection of $15-and-under all-vegan dishes, along with cocktails, beers and a special Ethiopian coffee ceremony. The dinners run all week from 2-10 p.m. at the former Mama Joy's restaurant in Bushwick.

And on Wednesday, you can finish the short work week off with a Black Wednesday Extravaganza at Loreley on the Lower East Side. The German biergarten will tap a keg of Woodchuck Pumpkin Cider (first glass is free, $6 after) starting at 7 p.m.. And from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., you can opt in for the $45 open bar on beer and wine, or stick with a la carte drink specials on cocktails like Gluehwein, which is mulled red wine, cranberry apple cider and hot toddies. There will also be deals on bar bites like giant pretzels and turkey burgers all night long.
