Los Feliz on the Lower East Side is has a massive selection of 150 different varieties of tequila, ranging from $7/sipping glass to $135. We're told their margaritas (which include specialty flavors such as Hibiscus and Jalepeno-Cilantro) are made with homemade organic raw agave sour mix that uses fresh squeezed juices that enhance the flavors of the tequilas. No drink specials are planned, but this could be the most serious spot to observe the holiday.

And after knocking back a margarita or ten, what you really want is a margarita-inspired dessert. Enter Allison Robicelli, the baker behind Robicelli's baked goods and trailblazer in the field of booze-laced cupcakes. They've created the Partida Tequila, which Robicelli describes as "a representation of the classic cocktail: a cake and buttercream made with tequila and limes, a little tequila simple syrup, and then topped with a slice of lime that has been slow-simmered in agave from Partida’s own fields, then sprinkled with a little Maldon sea salt to finish." If that's not your thing, try the Angry Mango Cupcake, made with chili-spiked Partida Reposado Tequila cake with Mango butter cream, garnished with a sweet & salty jalapeno slice We're told the cupcakes are available today only at all six Joe The Art Of Coffee locations throughout NYC, or can be ordered by calling 917.509.6048 or emailing info@robicellis.com.
