<p>City Council Member James Vacca, Transportation Commissioner Janette Sadik Khan, Lenny's owner Lenny Chu, Council Member Jessica Lappin, Council Member Dan Garodnick, and Council Member Brewer; Garodnick said, "New Yorkers believe they have a constitutional right to great food delivered to their door while it’s still hot - and they're right," but "That cannot mean that we will compromise the safety of our streets in the process."</p>
