In this week's best food news ever, a Brooklyn bar is now serving a TWIX BAR WRAPPED IN PROSCIUTTO. That's right. PROSCIUTTO. Topping off a recent pork-for-dessert trend Uncle Barry's Bar, which is on Fifth Avenue in Park Slope, added this ground-breaking sweet'n salumi snack to its menu last month, and it has been pretty popular with the bar's patrons.

The concoction is created by the bar's co-owner, Jake Trebach, who chills a Twix mini-bar and winds a thin slice of prociutto purchased from fellow Park Slope spot Blue Apron Foods around it, resulting in what sounds like the perfect marriage of swine and chocolate. The snack won't cost you much, either— bars run $3 each, and are two for $5. And here we thought nothing could beat a Burger King bacon sundae...
