In this city, restaurants come and go faster than you can say "sustainable locavore burger." And even though there are great new additions to the culinary landscape popping up every week, you've gotta give kudos to anyone who can stick it out for over a year. We stopped by a number of these establishments that continue to serve mouthwatering meals and drinks this year as part of our ongoing Still Got It series: here are our favorites, and stay tuned for more enduring spots in 2014.

BRUNCH AT CAFE MOGADOR: This Mediterranean bistro offers a killer weekend brunch at both its standby East Village location and newer Williamsburg outpost, with top dishes including a Moroccan Benedict and Eggs Florentine. Expect a long wait followed by a mind-blowing meal.

PEARL'S SOCIAL AND BILLY CLUB: Bushwick bar Pearl's Social and Billy Club's been serving craft beers and cocktails off the Jefferson L stop since 2011, and remains a stalwart in the ever-changing neighborhood.

CARMINES: This family-style Italian joint's been dishing out heaping portions of red-sauce specialties and the like on the Upper West Side for over 20 years now, and though their menu's nothing fancy, it's still a stellar spot to bring a whole bunch of friends and relatives looking to stuff their faces with spaghetti.

TORTILLERIA MEXICANA LOS HERMANOS: Another Bushwick spot, this tortilla factory operates a tasty, low-key cantina boasting fresh tacos and quesadillas. BYOB and cash only.

THE EAR INN: This South Village tavern is one of city's oldest bars, and harbors a storied past as a smuggler's den, brothel, speakeasy and saloon at times. Patrons can still stop by for a beer and burger and study artifacts from episodes of the bar's fascinating history.
