Autumn is all about those seasonal pumpkin treats and beers, and what better way to jazz up jack o' lantern squash and autumnal brews than to pair them with pork? Everything goes better with pork, right? West Village charcuterie spot Swine is running with the combo, and they're throwing a four-course prix-fixe Pig & Pumpkin beer dinner next week.

This Monday, sit down for a meal of seasonal squash and swine dishes like pumpkin pozole soup, pumpkin gnocchi with minced pork and braised cabbage and pumpkin-stuffed pig trotter. Each dish is paired up with a regional craft beer, like Smuttynose Pumpkin Ale and Southern Tier "Pumking." Swine skips the beer for dessert—pumpkin and bacon ice cream sandwiched between pumpkin chocolate cookies—but tops the feast off with a "Flippin Fireballs" cocktail made with Buffalo Trace whiskey, cinnamon, Gunpowder tea syrup, Port and cream.
