The chef and owner of one of D.C.'s hottest restaurants will be collaborating with the chef of one of NYC's best new dining spots for a special Monday night-only dinner.

Aaron Silverman, the James Beard Award-winning chef of Rose's Luxury, will be at Olmsted in Prospect Heights. According to Eater, Rose's Luxury "has been a huge hit since opening in 2013... The tiny restaurant usually doesn’t take reservations except for big parties, so even though it debuted a while ago, it still has one of the longest lines and wait times in the city." The lines are apparently justified!

Eater adds, "All of the dishes will be a la carte, a selection of dishes from Baxtrom and a handful of dishes from Rose’s Luxury — like its pork sausage with habanero, peanuts, and lychee."

Olmsted will open at 5 p.m. It is located at 659 Vanderbilt Avenue at Park Place (718-552-2610, olmstednyc.com)
