If lobster rolls are exclusively a summer thing for you, then you'll be interested in knowing that Luke's Lobster has found a new way to sate your lobster cravings this winter: the Lobster Grilled Cheese. This morning Ben at Luke's Lobster sent over some more details on this and other winter menu items:
The sandwich features gruyère, chunks of lobster, and Maine-made buttery white bread—it will cost 3 bucks less than their roll, at a price of $12. They've also got a Broccoli Cheddar Soup and a Butternut Squash Soup ($7), and tell us both are vegetarian and gluten free.
To wash it all down, they're offering Red Jacket Orchards apple cider, served piping hot, for only $2 a cup. And for something with a little more kick, they've got a selection of winter beers from Maine at their UES and UWS locations. Their outpost in the Financial District remains closed following Hurricane Sandy, but they tell us they're still working on rebuilding and hope to open back up in January.
