I can't move forward writing about this new restaurant called Lady's without first typing these three words: Honey. Butter. Pizza. It's one of the pies on offer when the restaurant opens in Fort Greene on Friday and, frankly, that's probably all you need to know. But also: Calabrian chilies and sea salt (two of the pizza's toppings) and $15 (the price). Now let your imagination run wild (because the pizza ovens weren't fired up in time for photography).

The pasta and pizza spot comes courtesy of the restaurant group behind No. 7 and cocktail bars Weather Up, among others. Chef Aaron Harsha, who worked previously at Michael White's high end seafood spot Marea, takes us on a Mediterranean tour with non flour-based dishes like Roasted Meatballs ($12), Oysters roasted with Parmesan and garlic ($14), and roasted Bronzino with salsa verde and lemon ($65).

Handmade pastas, also something Harsha would have extensive experience making, include ricotta-stuffed Cappelletti ($22) with a ragu made from aged meat and confit tomatoes and purses of Casoncele stuffed with short ribs with roasted sunchokes in a wine and bone marrow sauce.
