If you're not ditching the city streets for a weekend in the Hamptons, here are a few specials city restaurants are offering for those of us cool enough to stay behind.

First up, hot dog purveyors Snap are offering up some free hot dogs on Monday between noon and 2 p.m. Stop by the location at 20th Street and 10th Avenue, where they'll be debuting a new "skinless" smoked frank made with beef, plus hot sausages debuting at all of their NYC locations.

Over in Williamsburg, Extra Fancy is throwing a casual backyard get-together with some cool tunes by DJ Nook plus $3 pints of Brooklyn lager from noon to 4 a.m. on Monday.

Grab some friends and head to The Breslin Bar & Dining Room; chef April Bloomfield has a special take on the Lobster Boil for guests of eight or more. For $75 per person, everyone gets a boatload of seafood plus an heirloom tomato and cucumber salad, potatoes, local corn and some brioche buns with dill. Email chefs.table@thebreslin.com for reservations, which are available nightly throughout the weekend.

If you prefer your seafood picnics on the go, Brooklyn's iteration of the Grand Central Oyster Bar is offering a Clam Bake To-Go, which can be enjoyed in one of the city's many empty (hopefully) parks. Included in the baskets are lobster, cherrystone clams, mussels, corn and potatoes; the setup runs $34.95 for two or $59.94 for four. Call (347) 294-0596 to pick one up.
