Williamsburg's all bacon all the time restaurant Belly will be taking its talents to Manhattan beginning Sunday, expanding its bacon omakase experience to the Gansevoort Market on 14th Street in Chelsea. Owners Phillip Cho and Anna Lee will offer a 10-course Chef’s Counter Omakase Dinner—available by reservation only—in the evening, with a la carte breakfast and lunch options during the day.

Dishes including the bacon sushi (pictured above), a cooked piece of pork belly draped over sushi rice with chili oil and wasabi, and the BELLY, a slab of gochujang bacon, are confirmed for the new location and both available a la carte during lunch service. A classic BEC and SEC make up the breakfast menu, with bacon tacos, chicharron sandwiches, and a bacon salad (lol) rounding out lunch.

The omakase menu will change daily depending on "daily provisions," but the menu in Williamsburg currently includes a fettuccine carbonara with sausage, bread with kimchi butter, and a sweet and sour pork loin with market vegetables. The 10+ courses also include tastings of local wines and beers and will be priced between $70 and $100.
