Chef David Santos has revived his popular pop-up supper clubs and the first dinners debut this weekend, with tickets still available for Friday's Um Segredo Lobster Tasting ($150) taking place at 31 Carmine Street. The meal is capped with a strawberry rhubarb dessert, if you still have room. The price includes tax and tip and the dinner is BYOB.

Even established chefs like to have fun with their food and brunch is the perfect time to get a little wild.
