Tomorrow night, the culinary luminaries of Long Island City will be parading their pleasures at the 10th annual Taste Of LIC event, which serves as a fundraiser for local art space The Chocolate Factory. The enormous event boasts 50 area restaurants including critical darlings M. Wells, newcomer Tacuba Cantina Mexicana, upscale pub grub purveyors Alewife and traditional red sauce joint Testaccio Ristorante, all of whom will be handing out nibbles of their signature fare. Brooklyn Brewery, Vernon Wine and Liquor, Jailhouse Coffee and others will make sure you don't get parched. Snag $80 tickets at the door.

If you can go full baller, head to the Metropolitan Pavilion on Thursday evening for Tasting Table's Lobster Rumble, a decadent feasting and drinking event dedicated to the lobster roll. At the event, taste 25 different iterations of the sandwich, plus lots of accoutrements from Kettle Chips to side dishes to desserts. There will be All You Can Drink Stella, cocktails and wine to wash it down, of course. Unfortunately only VIP tickets left, but that $288.50 gets you access from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. plus a swag bag and a special Rappahannock Oyster Co oyster bar.
