This Saturday marks the return of the Hester Street Fair to its home in Seward Park on the Lower East Side. On tap for this season: fried squid on a stick from Kaya NYC; delectable sandwiches from Red Star Sandwich Shop; fluffy biscuits from Field & Clover; and a ton of other awesome eats. The Hester Food Court, as they're calling the dining section of the Fair, will operate from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Also on Saturday, the Court Tree gallery in Carroll Gardens transforms into the Kar Yee Noodle Shop, a pop up noodle soup outfit run by a member of the collective. From 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., Hong Kong native Kar Yee will be serving a menu of meaty and vegetable noodle soups inspired by the dishes she grew up eating at street markets. Yee will be offering three bowls of noodles ($10), either Crispy Pork, Wonton & Scallion or Shiitake Mushroom & Tofu, plus a selection of beers ($4), wines ($5) and Chinese Box Drinks. Snag an Early Bird Special for $12, which buys you a noodle soup and a drink.

We may have our own hot sauce sommelier in NYC, but nothing can top the sheer fire power of this weekend's Hot Sauce Expo, which'll be scorching tastebuds at Greenpoint's Brooklyn Expo Center this Saturday and Sunday. There will be free samples from over 40 vendors, plus pizza, taco, burrito and wing-eating challenges—all doused in fiery pepper sauce, of course. If you think you can handle the heat, grab a ticket ($10 - $100, depending on what you want) and stock up on Zantac.

Midtown eatery Nerai launches a Greek brunch this weekend, packed full of Mediterranean flavors to nourish hungover bodies. Sweet tooths can opt for Tsoureki French Toast, a traditional bread served with bananas, berries and greek honey syrup, while salt seekers can try the Kasseri Stuffed Lamb Burger, filled with cheese and served with hand-cut fries. Even better than the eats alone, all entrees come with a complimentary Bloody Mary, Mimosa or Persephone cocktail, so you can start making bad decisions all over again.
