Grange Hall, like many restaurants, is the victim of escalating rents. What's telling is that a neighboorhod restaurant as successful as Grange Hall would have to close - rents must be crazy. Gothamist will miss going to Commerce Street, waiting amongst all the others who want a hearty meal with friends.
