Of the year's fried chicken bounty, David Chang's Fuku was easily the most anticipated and talked about of the bunch. Chang's enormous popularity has no bounds and now his chicken sandwich is spreading similarly—it's now available via delivery for much of Manhattan. Fancy delivery service Caviar is now shuttling the sandwiches everywhere below West 35th street in under 15 minutes via their Fastbite service today through Friday during lunch hours between 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m.

The Spicy Chicken Sandwich is a pricey $8 (plus Caviar's delivery $2.99 fee and tip), but it's also really big, especially for a lunchtime portion. The bun-eclipsing dark meat patty is practically the size of two fast food-style chicken sandwiches and a hell of a lot more delicious, too. There's always the concern of soggy food once it's been bagged to go, but the sandwich once survived a trip by bicycle over the Williamsburg bridge and into the North Side and arrived miraculously hot and still crisp on the other side.

The full Fuku menu is available on classic Caviar for everyone below 85th Street in Manhattan, so if Fuku Fingers or a slice of Crack Pie is what you crave, you can get it. After this week, the Fuku Fastbite option will only be available Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, so you'll have to haul your hungry self to First Avenue or Midtown when the chicken sandwich cravings strike outside of those times.
