New York rarely needs to improve upon its bagels, but that doesn't stop bagel makers from messing with perfection. Check out this new creation that the Bagel Store in Williamsburg is offering up for the Halloween season: the Candy Corn Bagel. Miss Heather spotted the candied concoction with her own eyes today, noting it's available at their 247 Bedford Avenue outpost. We called them up to ask what was in the bagel, and they wouldn't divulge their secret, but did confirm that real candy corns are used.
A quick Google search tells us this may be the first time Candy Corn has been introduced so intimately to a bagel. Obviously, we are going to have to try this daring experiment, so stay tuned for a taste test... but what kind of spread should we top it with?
