Inspired by the cuisine of the Italian Alps, SERRA ALPINA serves up hearty comfort foods like beer-battered fried Piave cheese, polenta, and pillowy potato gnocchi. The restaurant sources its ingredients from both Italian producers and local farms of New York, Connecticut, Vermont, and Massachusetts, a philosophy rooted in the concept behind SERRA, which means “greenhouse” in Italian.
