The team behind subterranean bar Mulberry Project like to play around with their space and this season they're transforming their backyard area into La Isla Escondida, or "The Hidden Island." Located "just past the DJ booth and up the clandestine staircase," the cheery patio boasts seating for 70, including a tiny grassy knoll for a few lucky patrons.
Cocktails specialize in the iced variety, with a Slushy Machine turning out $15 creations by vets of mixology dens like Pegu Club and elsewhere. They're also planning Sunday Pig Roasts with additional Latin-inspired eats, plus film screenings.
